I was expecting a post that is similar to my experience as a "newbie" - daily trips to home depot, stalking craigslist to get an idea of rent in the neighborhood, showing up to work (my corporate 9to5) with paint in my hair, asking my husband every night, "is it worth it?"

Many felt these employees were not nearly as productive as those interacting with people on a daily basis and were mostly disconnected from the Organization and just sucking up a paycheck for minimal overall productivity.In fact the trend hasn't really played out.
