I'm underwriting an 80+ unit property and it seems like the purchase price is too high compared to the market.

My question to everyone in the forum is what kind of opportunities will that provide for real estate Investors in terms of single family homes and multifamily properties.

I'm an admin on our local STR page and pretty well connected with other STR owners. 

I was sent the same house I was already under contract through a different wholesaler.

We do this through ADUs, SFHs, and MF apartments.

I'm having a hard time finding a duplex/triplex in the Abilene area do you have any tips for the area I'm looking in?
