I had 3 teams we door knocked every NOD in the 3 counties in Oregon and Clark co in Washington.. they were two person teams  man / women.. 

Personally I love Williamson County!

I know this is possible because I did it in the Pacific Northwest King county/Snohomish county where prices are not cheap. 

Luis, judging by the people who have bid on my foreclosure sales.. it seems like the experienced guys have someone that run title on the properties they are interested in.The problem is each county is different, so you have to figure out how your county is.

I'm an family doc in Escondido, San Diego County. 

And Dennis' note about how the county assesses tax values is very accurate for Bell County.

I am in forsyth for last 10 year and not sure abut other areas, I am comfortable with Cobb county but not anywhere. 

@Rich Hupper you can go to the county assessors sites and get a little information. 

@Jake LangleyHey jake, I had good luck with Clark county credit union when I needed a pair of cash out refi’s they were able to get me 75%. and that was on a pair of rentals at the same time. 

For the time being I'm going to go as a sole proprietorship, eventually hopefully in a year or two I'll make it into an LLC.As I understand it, I need to register in Georgia as a business with the state, as well as with the county.
