MFR (5+) HELP looking for advice
I have found what I think could be a good deal here in killeen tx. First problem is im having a hard to time finding comparables. Second problem is when I looked up the tax records on CAD it was last valued at 60K. Could that be right? Would it be rude just to call a broker and ask them to give me the comps for the property?
