My guess is that one partner brought the down payment while the other managed the property.

These were things my realtor should have noticed and we should have avoided an offer all together, but at least it was all brought to light during my inspection and all I lost in the end was the inspection fee. 

I brought in a portable building for them to use, sold it to them, then financed it separately for them.  

They called in an excavator to dig a temporary channel to divert the water away from the basement, pumped out the basement and brought in a few dehumidifiers to dry it out.  24-hours later, and I think we have a crisis averted.

Hello All, I am trying to make sense of something that keeps being brought up on numerous investment media I have listened to or watched on youtube, but I just don't understand the reason behind it that makes it better.

It concerns "tenant" occupied properties that we’ve purchased in foreclosure…In June of last year, the Protecting Tenant at Foreclosure Act (PTFA) was brought back.

There is a reason this deal was brought into my life. 

This subject has been brought up many times in the past.
