MLS listings are sold daily on low ball offers.The trick is offering at whatever PP and proving the ability to deliver the offer at first contact.Unfortunately, many buyers' agent/brokers don't see volume to keep phone lines and cell phones busy other than socializing.

Flipping makes your money grow faster and can get you to the point where you pay cash for properties and owe no loans on future flips and on rentals.We would use the $130K you mentioned and make it grow with flips, just like the snow ball effect. ;)
