Who will insure will depend on location and age of the building.Premium policy holders get placed into groups but they only accept nicer areas and newer properties.

Now I have to track a few people to get their SSN or TIN to send them 1099s on the flip, but according to what I have found, for the rentals, since it's not a business I don't have to.I spoke to a few fellow landlords who never send 1099s and have been landlords for ages!

Many of these folks would be SO better off spending the 500 to 700 and taking a RE licensing course.. that's one of the best values.. and you would be surprised when your in the industry how many doors may open for a person..Then hire on with a big sales team and earn while you learn the basics... in my day and of course that's way back in the dark ages that's how most of us started..
