Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

Rents for studio apartments are also pretty high, but most of the studios are also from houses being converted into 4-plexs, so there could be opportunity there as well.

In my market I allocated $250/month maintenance/cap ex for my attached little studio.

Guess that’s not going to happen now.It would be funny if the caveat is the homes have to be practically hard wired with Amazon stuff (i.e., Amazon thermostat, ring door bell, Amazon speakers on the ceiling, Amazon smart bulbs, etc).
