I've sent my resume to a few companies that invest in rental properties .For Instance a landlord who was renting an apartment to my aunt I asked him did his company do internships and he referred me to the guy that was in charge of that position then I sent my resume over after speaking with him on the phone

see below... this is the site you want to go to.. its free.. and its the actual trustee selling the assets. the other companies just republish public records.I bought all my pre foreclosures =within 72 hours of the sale by door knocking.. that's when denial turns into action. you need to have your cash ready and a good relationship with the title co. and your authorization for them to sign to give to the bank so you can get a payoff from bank or Northwest trustee.. we were on first name basis with all the trustee services there is no reason to pay for this information just find out the trustee services and sign up with them.. they must by law answer your phone calls and or written enquiresnorthwesttrustee.com

I just purchased a 1st trust deed in CA for the 1st time where the borrower had already gone MIA from the start to where his phone number was no longer in service and there was no way to contact him other than an address listed in Idaho.

@Karen Margrave  - Not saying the agent is bad for taking the listing, I am saying they are not doing their client any good by not educating and by the phone call I had I don't think much of the agent.

(I had no idea cash rent collections have been around 7 years now).Despite 3 calls and 40 minutes on the phone with them, Rentpayment.com was unable to provide a written list of property management software / websites that they integrate with, and clearly has customer service issues.
