Of course, I agree with the others that if this is a listed property then the seller has a contract with the agent that forbids such "off the record" negotiations.That said, to answer the original question: look up the county tax records (most are online these days) using the property address.  

Using the new matrix system you would type in address of home and perform a search within 1 mile of subject property, do a search from 1 year back.

Especially with a low-cost property -- there are almost always repairs, etc that need to be addressed before you can start making money

Addresses that they didn't give me in the application.  

I think I'd ask for a meeting with the owner & broker and show up with a stack of 68 letters addressed to every single tenant in that building.  

Can the address of the property be in the ads?
