As I prepare my Maine rentals for winter - hiring a plow guy who will actually show up, finding the best deal for oil, making sure my tenants shut their storm windows, etc., I have to wonder if there's a better option.

Have had some interest but with winter coming along and school already started leads are slowing up. 1 prospective tenant is on the market because their home burned down and the insurance company is paying their rent while the destroyed home is being rebuilt/rehabbed.

Business is great here in KC and we are enjoying growing our team and dialing in our operations.AND ... the mountain man beard is now the mini summer man beard, but I'll be ready for the fall/winter season of it when the time comes :) Go get it!
