Was wondering of anyone who uses HELOCS to purchase rentals what percentage of your own cash do you use in the purchase?

When pulling my absentee lists I notice that there are alot of 100% equity results, Im wondering if the mortgage information just isn't available on most of these properties and therefore this value is a sort of default in that event.
