House hacking is quite an easy way to get your feet wet and will teach you plenty about owning as well as having a rental property and how to manage and market it well.

Just another newbie hoping to get feet wet in real estate investing, and trying to not get analysis paralysis.

The reason is, I would be able to get my feet wet in Real Estate while living in Colorado, yet be able to wholesale properties in Michigan (I am more familiar with the market).I would love to get any advice or hear anyone's story on how they got started in Long-Term Real Estate Investing or Wholesaling.
