It is July of Florida and the guests travelled with babies from the very early morning and east coast.

You need to look somewhere in between the coasts.

For STR it is safer bet if a lot of the owners in a unit also rent theirs out that way, which is what you see on the coast of Florida, Carolinas, Hawaii etc.

Why aren’t more people going out to the east coast, or west coast to invest?

I can say just in my little world in Atlanta the company i work for is dropping a bunch of the satellite offices and downsizing the larger east coast, and west coast offices by 80% and people moving remote.
