I'm playing on this weekends free qualifying the numbers. 

I am from San Diego, CA & heard from commercials on the Bigger Pockets Podcast, that this weekend from March 12-14th is the “All You Can Analyze Weekend” where all members of the Bigger Pockets App will have Unlimited Access to the Rental Property Calculator.

For that reason alone, the tools never seem to be an issue.I also typically don't mind throwing on some headphones and grabbing a broom to clean up over the weekend.

My girlfriend and I are looking to buy a home to do a live-in-flip and work on the renovations during my weeks/weekends home.
