Did i enter it incorrectly on the new format??

there are some great youtube videos online that show how to find repair value. also, BP taught me about the rule of 5s. i wish i knew where the link was...as a wholesaler id just do around 60% of arv though if it is just cosmetic work. 

Look them up manually and once you get bigger you'll see the value of getting the list into a simple format and not having to do the sweat work.

There is also a series of training videos available on their website if you hadn't seen those yet, which I think you would find really useful.I'm new at this myself, but please feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to chat more!

I installed suntouch from Home Depot in my last bath Reno, it was under $400 for mat and thermostat.

Most of the content is to buy our book which makes me more money blah blah, while doing a video from in front of a whiteboard without a lapel mic so the video sounds like they are coming from inside a box or tin can, and these guys are supposed to be multi-millionaire real estate geniuses and they can't afford a $100 lapel mic so they can be heard properly?

I have been tempted over the years to do it myself and there are plenty of youtube videos that make it look pretty easy. 

Most of the courses out there are videos and you can find the same information for free.
