Currently in the fix and flip game but looking to transition over into buy and hold once I’ve built the capital.

Not quite into the flipping game yet, but also not investing in the state where I live so logistically I think I have more work to do before I can line up anything other than buy & hold.

That's actually a great example of how much terms/conditions vary on HELOCs.One thing I don't see specified, which means usually they're more conservative in this area, is CLTV.

Back of the napkin math may work, but if I was the seller you do not have enough skin in the game to make it work.

Hello BP,My name is Eibar and I’m 25 and new to the REI game.

Although I would say Zillow helped me get a good foot in the game, but was a just a piece to the puzzle. 

Im pretty new to the real estate investment game, im a licensed contractor in nyc and actually closing on my first flip next month, i also have a duplex in bought in 2015 which was a great investment paid 450k and its appraised at 650 just a short while later and postive 1200 cahsflow per month.

Looking for the best way for me to get into the real estate game from my current perfession.
