New to REI and investing all together. Looking for advice/ Tips

Hello BP,

My name is Eibar and I'm 25 and new to the REI game. Of course I have tons of questions as to where to start and how to begin. I know most people will say I need to first find a lender and an agent, but also how do I gauge the amount of money I'll need first before contacting these people? I'd hate to waste anyone's time.
