:)Jeffrey Smith - thanks for explaining the legal consequences in the case that the tenant/buyer can't make the payments on the option premium.Sounds best to just do them completely separately...so is there a good way to make money on these or are they mostly for recruiting good tenants (since they would hopefully be buying the property, they would treat it better)?
