A repeat client often gets a better break on fees.I also think if you had explained wholesaling to him he might not have rightly assumed he was protecting you, now, if you are tactful about that charge he may adjust it seeing that perhaps his doing another search was redundant.I have had to teach my attorney things before, they don't get the depth of real estate investing in law school.

Thats my dream.So I found this place, bigger pockets, Im happy to join this group and learn from everyone who can teach me.People tend to forget, average man gives away, let's say, 100$ for charity. if you'll earn more, than you can tribute 1000$.

An instructor who has mastered RE can take any strategy and teach it along legal and ethical guidelines, problem is finding a master of the art and science of real estate.Long, long ago, my dad was a music teacher, had marching bands.

There are lots of resources to teach them how to do that if they're not already aware: Here on BP (search for "How to find Cash Buyers" for a start - https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/4240/blog_post...), YouTube and generally Google Searches return some interesting info. 

They check me out at the grocery, wait on me in restaurants, even teach my kids.

Whether it's bringing your own lunch to work to save a few bucks from eating out or wearing those ripped jeans for just a little bit longer (hey, ripped jeans are in style now anyways!)

Great lot size and a house with "great bones" (the architecture of the house is very classic style of this area).
