I think it is ironic that Mr Money Moustache made $1m last year blogging and marketing about his austire life style. 

THat's not everyones style but it works for me. 

Yes I am making this overly complicated in writing style.

Just thinking that other tenants who aren't used to this life style wouldn't be comfortable with it.

Its commercialized by Maxproperties.Now Im doing my research about situation of shirt and long term rentals in Tulum and I ve got a bit off about the number of properties on sale and rent.Though my investment is long term, it still should pay for the financing (50% ) so Im hesitating.Btw, any news about your development?
