I suspect you’ll run into all sorts of zoning and use issues trying to combine into one…and it might take 6-12 months and cost you a pretty penny.

I suspect unless you can get dirt work done very cheap this will not pencil.. 

My brother in law bought a home in Los Altos Hills in 92 for 1.2 mil that had sold in 87 for 2.5 and the person lost it today I suspect that house is worth 6 to 7 million.

These end buyers were determined to get this house no matter what (now that the deal is done, I'm comfy letting Chelsea know that), but I strongly suspect they would not have been willing to go to the price point they did if they were forced to use hard money. 

Typically, with portfolio loans, experience is a nice-to-have, but not an absolute requirement.I suspect the bank doesn't do flipping portfolio loans, or there was some other miscommunication. 

I suspect we'll see a similar, albeit smaller, decrease in rental activity.

I agree with you, I suspect they are overcharging me for these repairs.

The first page does have signatures and seems to be although suspect is legally acceptable.
