With that said, I don't think that special websites are needed here, especially if they don't integrate with PMS software.

You could use software specifically for managing rentals.

I have some experience in marketing but not so much in digital marketing and software.

Short term rental permits will be for 2 year length and renewal applications must be submitted before the 2 year term is up.

I don’t know how to do this without a software like Flipster… any advice?
