Hey BP - I'm really struggling with a potential deal I have going right now and need some opinions.

I'm struggling to find out what would be in my best interest, while making it reasonable for the tenet. 

I do struggle though from time to time as I'd imagine many folks who are busy would.I do hope that helps with at least one person's perspective who's been asked by a large number people for help and guidance over the years.

I would say the one thing that I believe will contribute to my success is my struggle with chronic illness. the strength of character I was forced to develop as well as my drive to get better despite the setbacks can help me avoid being derailed in my real estate journey.

Some have lost homes due to water bills, and many are struggling to pay - due to Village errors.    

you mentioned living comfortably between two people for 35k/year...I know a lot of frugal single people who are struggling to live normally off of 35k/year.
