Those that felt the need to hoard that item (no idea why) already did and soon the stores will be stocked and a lot of people have a 4 year supply so won't be buying more soon...Probably the same with cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, bread, milk, eggs, flour and some of the other "empty shelf" items.

Typically, in situations like this I recommend considering that you sell your properties, do a 1031 exchange, and redeploy your capital into a larger MFR.

If you don’t have any other use for the cash (other than make no interest in the bank or a you don’t like the stock market, whatever...), then leave your cash in the property.
