Own three 2 family properties...

I own three 2 family properties with no debt. They cash flow ~$1300 per unit and are worth ~600k ea. I live in one 3 bedroom and my mom lives in another 1 bedroom with unfinished basement. I want to make a move and am open to hearing any suggestions. I’m a home improvement contractor so I’ve done flips, new construction, roof raise and full renovations. I’m looking to maximize profit and am considering anything from rental income to new construction for sale. I’d like to hear some ideas. I’m in the nyc/central nj area. Look forward to hearing some suggestions. Thanks!
