You can also use transactional funding if there is enough spread in the deal.Don't get too discouraged though.

Does the wholesaler pay a certain amount down to lock in the deal then the buyer pays and wholesaler takes the spread?

You can spread the costs out over a long period of time, but it's difficult to turn a struggling property with high vacancy around without a complete, up-front overhaul.

As you can see, the space is not high-luxury, but still features wood floors and a new kitchen with granite slabs. it's the sheer size of the space that seems to be the key draw - 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms spread out across 3 floors. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the top floor.
