Even if someone recommends an area for you to select, you still have to go and do your homework.

Part of that is selecting a tenant that you can have open communication with so that small issues are dealt with when they are exactly that... small.

I try to select who I think is the best qualified and FIT tenant to keep the house in good condition.. based on the application.
