Shorthand currently for the twin cities pricing is projected rents times 1.1 (A/B class suburban good area Wayzata, Prior Lake, White Bear Woodbury types), (1 B/C class good area but surrounded by bad), (.9 C/D class poor areas), (.8 D class areas you wouldn't bring you mom to see the house this could be even less)  after multiplying by the above numbers multiple by 100.

Also Calvin I don’t know if you know but there are books you can buy in advance for auction at about $10 each... you can go on the website to see the properties being sold but the books are good to have because it organizes everything in order and has property info.Pm me if you need any more help.

The agreement with the MLS is that other agents will see the listing and the agent will share their commission with the agent who brings the tenant/ buyer.Typically tenants will be prequalified by the agent, so you have a better understanding of their qualifications from the start.
