Closing costs is mid labeled to the general community as its inclusive of inspections and other non close related items.

I have a few questions to the Biggerpockets community.

I would like to get the communities option in what to do. 

Prop 10 will cause property owners to take rental units off the market in favor of vacation listing services like AirBnB, which means more AirBnBs in our communities and less affordable housing for renters – further driving up housing costs.

Or should my husband list himself as the registered agent with myself being the authorized manager or is there a better/safer way around that?

Hello BP community How do i run the number to see if i got a good deal or not?  

It really got me fired up and let me tell you, if I didn’t also love my home in guard-gated community and lifestyle with my 2 & 4 year old I would be house hacking and living off half my income.

Additional criteria: 200k ARV, B- communities, 1-1.5 hrs from Dallas, decent schools.
