Planning on removing the carpet in my rental unit and installing some Vinyl Wood Flooring Planks just not sure what's the best and safest color to go with that most tenants would like.

10 adults can be more destructive than 5 kids...coloring on walls or whatever?

These usually have a clear plastic cover for the front page, and the rest is a colored plastic.  

Some areas require certain styles, textures colors etc to move the property fast. 

But even when things seemingly are amazing, there can still be failures and mistakes that don’t get talked about.It’s not always sunshine and roses.

It's in what's called an "Opportunity Zone" in Tampa, so the neighborhood has its colorful characters.

I don't remember what they call it, but you can look at neighborhood views (like zillow), but it will color code which houses are abscentee, approximate equity, etc.

It's the areas that are really colored in that you want to avoid.

The current color isn't terrible and painting the brick doesn't look like it's done a lot on that street but it would make the exterior pop and carry what you've done inside to the outside.

Durability is typically good but can vary based on whether tint/color was put into the mix when the house was built or stained/finished after the House was already built.
