I'm imagining the house needing a kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel and things like that, but still having walls with a good layout.The final say is that you need to at least see the inside to know what ballpark those numbers should be.

Not much new in the findings we didn't expect except for visible termite activity (doesn't seem too big or uncontrollable) and water damage to a bedroom window frame and interior wall due to a poorly installed AC unit and subsequent rainwater entering the house at the installation site (also reasonable to repair and capital budgeted for the fix).

I know which one of us I would call if I wanted a price or best practice for putting in a new walkway or fixing a retaining wall.That being said, I am not sure how it works where you are licensed but where I am, a seller makes an agreement for a commission to the listing agent (Lets say 6% for S&G's).

That got me thinking about TV's mounted on the wall and do I assume where the TV should go and run the wires to that spot, or just put them a foot up from the baseboard like normal.

My rent-controlled apartment in Manhattan is being re- bricked outside and the walls are crumbling . landlord said it’s a health hazard to stay , and asked me to leave for 7 to 10 days but not providing a hotel or an alternative space . can they do that legally ?
