Obviously since we're new that won't happen all at once, but we'd like to buy our first property in the next few months and would like to have some input so we can either shut down the idea of condos and focus on rehabbing SFH's, or consider both!

They had a $2999 weekly limit which would not have worked for us anyways.I am a Quickbooks user, so I upgraded to QB2016 and will use their Quickbooks Payments starting April 15 to make sure we have all the issues worked out in advance of IPN shutting down.

Another may come and say "wow, this area is really changing, I like the diversity in that area, wow there are some small really cool restaurants not far away, and this same house closer intown would rent/cost 25% more."
