We (my father & I) currently have 1.76 acres with a 9,200 sq ft restaurant on site.  

Obviously since we're new that won't happen all at once, but we'd like to buy our first property in the next few months and would like to have some input so we can either shut down the idea of condos and focus on rehabbing SFH's, or consider both!

It's an up and coming area full of beautiful old bungalows, we have some of the best restaurants and breweries in Tampa and a very colorful and artsy culture among the residents.

Just shut up, give us your money, and close on the house.  

We can be caught downtown enjoying a film put on by the Victoria Film Society, having dinner at one of the many restaurants in our increasingly vibrant downtown area, or at Riverside Park with the pups.

The new big thing is walkable urban communities with retail, entertainment, restaurants on the ground level of either condo buildings or office space or both.  

They had a $2999 weekly limit which would not have worked for us anyways.I am a Quickbooks user, so I upgraded to QB2016 and will use their Quickbooks Payments starting April 15 to make sure we have all the issues worked out in advance of IPN shutting down.

Another may come and say "wow, this area is really changing, I like the diversity in that area, wow there are some small really cool restaurants not far away, and this same house closer intown would rent/cost 25% more."   

I need to make contact with a commercial broker with a presence in Wyandotte, Michigan (Downriver).I need a market analysis on a current lease (1,000 Sq Ft Restaurant space) and potential assistance finding a new location in the same area.
