Hello all,
I am looking for advice on where to start in developing a small retail building to lease out. We (my father & I) currently have 1.76 acres with a 9,200 sq ft restaurant on site. There is room to add on another 16 parking spaces in addition to the 105 currently. My ideas are all in my head now, as I have not contacted an architect yet or sought any financing. Would it even make sense to do a small building (3000 sq ft) to lease on this property for ~$11/sq ft? I'd like to hear your tips, pasts experiences & opinions.
Thank you,
Adam
