Hey Everyone,It's been a minute since i was in BiggerPockets, not sure if it might be the right forum but I want to add hard/ private money loans into my services and wanted to see if there are any reputable hard money lenders out there that I can broker with?

Have you tried reputable skip tracing companies?

Aside from tenants reporting this and maybe using a reputable lawn care provider with reviews I wonder how this type of issue can be prevented.

With any vendor that is recommended, you will want to do your own due diligence in terms of establishing a comfort level with their reputation.

Most reputable contractors don't need your money in draws unless you are talking about multiple 5 figure or more jobs.

If it goes through a hire a reputable home inspection company that will better assess the property.

Ask which lenders regularly attend(ed) their club and who have the best reputations.

Unlikely as most agents will want to consider personal reputation and what a suit might mean accordingly, just mentioning so you’re aware that it’s unlikely yet not impossible there could be further impacts ahead.

I will also have a reputed Title company run searches for me to back my findings.
