I would first pin down the cost of moving them locally and build relationships with parks and or relators to ensure that you have an adequate place to put them

But I'm sure others have had this same design and found ways to deal with it (a relative or whatever).

That may come into play if it turns out that the landlord neglected to comply with all the requirements related to residential mortgages.
