The reality is, each lender is unique and some have heavy documentation and per-requisites, such as detailed budgets, written applications with credit score, tax returns, proof of income, etc.

The idea of the giant American Dream is great, until it becomes a reality and you have to clean and maintain it.

The key is to find someone who understands what you are looking to accomplish and possesses the skills to make those dreams a reality. 

Renters of homes in trailer parks are below the financial and social level of apartment renters, mobile home owners and pretty well every one else.Anyone may choose to disagree but the reality is what it is when it comes to those that rent mobile homes in a trailer park.

At this point in my life, I'm trying to listen closely to the "I wish I would'ves" and make them my reality.

The reality is you're just paying the mortgage insurance in a different way.

You could do all these things yourself but the reality is that the professional who performs these tasks can do it cheaper, faster and with a better result than someone who is not experienced.
