If you're interested in Sec 8, I suggest you go to the Public Housing Authority or Sec. 8 Adminstrator (a local non-profit organization) and first inquire about the program.Your properties will need to meet HUD guidlines and you'll need to know what those are before buying or rehabbing a property.
