I personally know friends that have live in the area that have been robbed on the street multiple times, their houses robbed during the day, and gunshots heard at night time often.

I believe there's some Section 8 on that street.

It's in a great middle-income neighborhood in a popular, affluent suburb of Dallas. 

Most of Dequincy is a fairly decent C class neighborhood but I don't know of anything worth $85K anywhere on the street.

I looking to purchase an app or map book that includes the city, county lines, streets and all the surrounding areas.

It just makes too much sense if you have a choice to go for a 60k listing needing 20k of repairs and possible surprises OR the rehabbed listing for 80k down the street...close, place and automate...done!

I also know that signs are an excellent way to rent a home because the neighbors all want their friends to move in next to them or across the street.

Many of the properties I've been looking at - in lower income type areas - have a few registered sex offenders on that same street.
