Can you share what would be a fair fee range for these things?

You can obviously have a contractor give you an estimate but they will likely want paid for their time unless it's a place you have under contract then you can likely get them to give a bid if you are potentially going to use them for the job.

I’m now buying a fourth property under a newly formed LLC.Should I place the first three properties that I bought in this new LLC?

Not looking to be a property manager or PM company just put in place a separate company that manages the LLCs that hold the real estate.
