Looking for a Real Estate CPA, bonus points if they're physical located in Chattanooga.

I can certainly inspect and evaluate the physical condition of each unit. 

I'm thinking of yard size, parking spaces, view, proximity to noise/eyesores/hazards, etc.

He completely knocks down every mental and physical barrier in his way to accomplish things that don't seem human! 

Instead of reaching out to investors to support the business itself, I wondered if it would be more attractive to investors if the non-profit somehow offered investors a partial share of their physical building. 

I have at least 13-15days actually physically available every month to help you (I can help all day every month on a computer or phone) and will be willing to travel anywhere if needed (For instance, travel to a different state to take a look at the property).

If it is a family friendly area, with good proximity to schools, 2 and 3 BRs are more suitable.

But I haven’t really seeking out physically distressed homes while driving by.

I obviously am not local to your market so wouldn't be able to assist with a physical in-person inspection.
