@Coty LeBlanc I originally used it as a set it and forget it tool and it was better than not having I suppose, but then I really dug into training and learning and I saw 50% increase in one property and 20% in the other.

But we moved out the low rent tenants and after the rehab we filled all units with market rent tenants.

In the future, make sure you and your GC have a schedule for each phase before the project begins.

Long time listener to several of the podcasts and am excited to be taking action towards the future I'd like to build.

I just write the property address on the receipt.I couldn't fit a different credit card for each property in my wallet.

Great post, thanks for sharing, Kevin--I would also add that the Lower South End area into Madison Park is also a great area to relocated to if you want to be in close proximity to Uptown without being in the hustle & bustle of the city!
