If you know that you can buy the property for significantly less than what other identical properties are listed for - this could be one vague indication that you've got a good deal on your hands.Again, the value of land can be very tough to nail down - as it is very subjective, depends greatly on what the end buyer needs it for, the level of their need, and what its actual "highest and best use" is.

Before you nail down a property though, make sure you have your financing in place.  

It is just icing on the cake that in 2016 the Cavs won the NBA Championship and the Indians went to the World Series and lost in a real nail biter.

Would like to know expected rent for this east bay property, and to to nail down this franchisee on paying fully and on time or boot his butt to the curb.Any/all help or suggestions welcome.

(Any company putting siding over it will be disturbing the asbestos due to nailing, screwing, ect.)
