Any government/social-assistance programs beneficial to investors? 

If I get to the point where it looks to be beneficial to incorporate than I may go that road down in the future.  

If we decide we are going to hold it, we transfer it to the Partnership LLC by selling the Beneficial Interest in the land trust.  

My desire is to develop relationships with people that appreciate the power of collaboration, sharing ideas, and working together through mutual benefit, whether through additional referrals or additional business and commissions.

If that's my focus and trajectory, is it beneficial to get my license (say, for access to MLS and savings on the buyer/seller side of my deals)?
