Some landlords realize this puts extra money in their pocket and are fine with it.However, once a tenant has not paid the rent by mid month, it's hard for them to get back on track because the next month's rent will soon be due as well.

Most large syndicators/sponsors are now using online portals for investors to track their investment.

I have never imvested in Real Estate and I want to buy a multi family home.

It would be much appreciated if anyone had referrals of real estate agents and property managers for multi families.

I will be purchasing multi units properties soon but I must and will build my A team first. that’s where I went wrong years ago.

Inventory is very tight with approximately 1/2 the number of residential properties (including multi units) for sale today as there was 1 year ago, which at that time, was a record low level.
