Those from outside the region may not realize, but for the last 10 years many high paying O&G jobs are/were ‘mobile’ jobs, meaning where you worked had 0 bearing on where you could live or where you chose to live.  

Your modern class A apartment complex.A ballpark range on a per unit basis would be helpful or a resource to find out more would be great too. 

If you like mobile homes though, there are plenty of those that you could buy one by one, just harder to find a whole park.

After listening to the podcasts, reading, and learning, using the calculators on this site, I want to take action and found a 4/2 mobile home that is selling for 139,000 with an estimated monthly payment (Calculations from redfin) of $633 and another $1200 for land lease amount monthly.

Modern appliances, AC, computers... there is a lot more to plug in than there was when your house was built.you should upgrade the service and add a sub panel.

Could you put a mobile home or ADU on it now for additional rental income until your plans develop further?

We have had some success in Arizona, closing on three mobile home deals, but are looking to branch out into other states where the mobile home market may hold further opportunities.
