Do local banks generally provide mortgage servicing for seller financing?

Appraisals for bank financing are generally conservative to protect the bank.

I've noticed that I do better with more general personal finance/business books than with nitty-gritty real estate books.

They base those decisions on default ratios generally. 

I am a smaller general contractor (6 employees) and we specialize in residential insurance repairs (fire, water, wind, hail) so I am very well versed in all aspects of residential construction. 

NJ/NY and northeast/west coast in general are the toughest market anyway - so it will be hard.

I didn’t have luck with that but did a general search for my city and “group” or “meetup” and found a local group right here in my town.
