I had a personal blog, and promoted it through the regular recommended ways, commenting on larger blogs in the same general field.

I'm looking more into buying &holding....I'm a truck driver/operator construction field so yes work a lot.I'm constantly looking at the BP forums & love what I see how everyone helps.looking forward to better myself at this thank you. 

This is a symbiotic, win-win kinda field.  

One of the things that is a criteria for our group is that we can not be in the same field of investing.  

I would like to work with other investors in any of these fields and get first hand experience and see how they approach their niche and strategy if their nice enough to share :)I'm probably getting way ahead of myself with not even doing my first deal yet..

The volatility of the market combined with the astronomical costs of marketing that it takes to create leads leaves many people bankrupt and forces even the most successful of those in this field to find easier ways to make money in order to supplement, and in some cases replace, their sporadic income that is pretty standard among wholesalers and creative investment specialists. 

I want to be the parent volunteer on every school field trip and the PTA parent-of-the-year.

With that said hearing you talk about the filing system at you bank only makes me feel better about not falling for some expensive design, print, and mail campaign I have 4 bird dogs in the field right now that I guide everyday, this reminds me there is no shortcuts, "no offence Lenard" for hard face to face work.  

I've been in the IT field for about 15 years now and have always been interested in real estate investing.

It's counterintuitive to think that such an opportunistic field of practice would have such a supportive user-base.
