Hi Christian,Wholesaling seemed like something I wanted to do but it seemed to tedious and has a slow process then I learned about the BRRRR method and that seems better but I have no clue where to start looking and if I would want to use a hard money lender or a bank/credit union.I wouldn't write off wholesaling completely as has some advantages and can cultivate some valuable skills for beginners; finding great deals, cultivating relationships, etc.Regarding the BRRRR method, it can be a good strategy for building an investment portfolio.Generally speaking, real estate investors would use a hard money lender for the first "B" and "R", or "Buy" and "Renovate", and use a bank/credit union for the second-to-last "R", "Refinance".Hope this helps,Michael
