It's often better just to list it, we have a TV show here featuring new listings, you can't do that as a small investor.Learn to network with other investors in your area, it should not be long before enough people know what you do and you'll know where they are.

Is it mainly for access to the MLS?

Investors need an agent that sees the big picture from a business standpoint, not so much about unique features or rooms for their client.We have a local agent, an old gal, who has been in the business since they incoporated the dirt here (lol) and has been very successful in branding herself in affluent circles.

She had no idea....Seems like every where you go, the main objective in business is cheating the other guy......BTW, Most places use the same pitcher as they are provided by the beer distributor and when topped off, there are 4 glasses to a 64oz pitcher around here...LOL
